The Contractor Referral Service (Enliance) is a service that helps PSE customers
like you find qualified contractors and dealers for your energy-related improvement projects.
Signing up for this service is easy. There are only two steps:
Determine which energy-related improvements
you would like contractors to bid on (see our Suggestions for Improvement
for your home or
business).
Complete the Contractor Referral Request Form
for home
or business
owners.
We'll determine which contractors are the most qualified for your project and provide
each of you with the other's contact information.
These professionals will then
contact you directly about the details of your project and provide you
with free, no-obligation bids for the work.
